I'm confused! How do I get started doing CrossFit?
It is very easy to get overwhelmed with the process of getting into CrossFit. If you have never done it before you will need to start with On Ramp classes to learn the basics. You can then start joining in on the regular class schedule. If you have been doing CrossFit and just moved to the area contact Nick.
Do I have to be in shape to do CrossFit?
The beauty of CrossFit is that it can be scaled across the board! You will be doing the same workout as the other athletes around you with modifications made to make the workout appropriate for your abilities.
Do you offer a trial membership if I’m not sure that I want to join?
On Saturdays at 10am we offer a free intro class for those looking to try out CrossFit!
What does a class look like?
A typical class starts with a group warm up which will hit on the muscle groups we will be using during the class. From there it can vary between strength work, metcon work (short for metabolic conditioning) or more commonly a mixture of the two.
But why is it so expensive!?
Our unlimited membership is $135/month. For those who come 5 days a week that is 20 classes per month. That comes down to $6.75 per class to be part of a community that cares about you, coaches that will help you set and reach your goals, and daily programming to challenge and push you.
